Program Overview
Supports the transformation and modernization of legacy Coast Guard systems and services including mobility, messaging, ITSM, ITAM, Network Infrastructure, and legacy data systems from on premise implementations to cloud and hybrid cloud solutions. New system and service implementations, including zero trust architecture, to provide leading edge systems that are both secure and accessible.
About The Role

Peraton is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide critical project administration support with a focus on project deliverable, data analysis, reporting, and project coordination. This role is essential to ensuring accurate documentation, effective communication across teams, and compliance with program and contractual requirements.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Execute deliverables and document management across the program.
  • Review contractual program deliverables, ensuring all timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all documents adhere to the required formats and compliance standards prior to submission.
  • Maintain comprehensive tracking of document submissions and audit files.
  • Maintain data collection, reporting criteria, and record-keeping.
  • Research and compile data in support of project reporting requirements.
  • Assist in the development of written narratives and executive summaries for reports.
  • Provide end-to-end reporting on the status of all program related deliverables.
  • Track and report on system data updates to ensure ongoing compliance with contract requirement.
  • Maintain automated scheduling tools.
  • Responsible for the Integrated Master Schedule weekly updates and submission to the customer.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2 years’ experience or Master’s degree and 0 years’ experience or Associate’s degree and 4 years’ experience or high school diploma/equivalent and 6 years’ experience.
  • Must hold an active Secret Clearance to be considered.
  • Document Management Experience (create / review formal contractual governmental documents).
  • Expertise in MS Office, MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience supporting project coordination / administration (scheduling, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation).
  • Experience reviewing and managing contractual program deliverables.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex and challenging deliverables and reporting.
  • Familiarity with DOD IT security requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and reporting, including compiling. data and tracking system updates for reporting.
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
