Program Overview
About The Role

Peraton seeks a Cyber Operational Planner to support the ARCYBER Commander’s Action Group (CAG). 

 

Location:  Fort Eisenhower, GA.

 

Tasks include:

 

General tasks:

  • Monitors and reviews strategies, doctrine, policies, and directives to ensure compliance.
  • Provides input to briefings, transitioning concepts to execution, and assisting in the coordination of operational planning in support of training, exercises, and operations.
  • Provides input for the development of TTPs, CONOPs, COAs.
  • Provides input to address shortfalls, prioritize and validate requirements, and to modify development planning efforts.
  • Contributes to the development of exercise scenarios and exercise operational plans. Conducts research of current and emerging threats.
  • Mentors mid-level and junior staff. 
  • Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and operations officials. 
  • Supports the strategic planning, synchronization in gaining traction and execution of the objectives of the ARCYBER Commanding General Support adjacent ARCYBER Communication Strategy Directorate (CSD) Public Affairs Program objectives, such as Media Relations, Command Information, and senior-level Engagement and Outreach, and/or Community Relations Interface and support ARCYBER Congressional interactions.

 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA. Will consider HS+16 years of experience.
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of the ARCYBER Command and priorities
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Service or Joint Operations Planner at Division, MAGTF, Wing or higher command level
  • Complete working knowledge of the military planning processes, planning formats and guidance
  • Requires excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project management
    • Use effective and grammatically correct written communication skills that conform to the Army style described in AR 25-50 and DA Memo 25-52
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain Polygraph, and MEAD clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship Required

Desired Qualifications: 

  • DoD experience in Cyberspace Operations/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
