As a Senior Systems Engineer, you’ll play a key role in shaping and advancing complex technical solutions that support national defense initiatives. You will:
Collaborate with users to analyze requirements, develop system specifications, and define the concept of operations.
Lead the design and development of advanced systems, ensuring they meet operational needs.
Provide strategic guidance to users, offering innovative alternatives and feasibility assessments.
Drive the integration of new technologies and capabilities into existing operations.
Create and maintain essential system documentation, including architecture and design specifications.
Lead the development of system engineering management and integration/test plans.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, engaging directly with government stakeholders to address challenges and deliver solutions.
Take full ownership of technical quality and system integrity for assigned projects.
Coordinate effectively with other engineers, program staff, and senior leadership.
