About The Role

Peraton seeks a Cyber Training Planner to support the U.S. Army Location: Eisenhower, GA.

 

In this role, augment CMF planning support to ARCYBER G35/7 with the goal of helping ARCYBER and the entire Army plan, build, sustain, modernize, and optimize training the Army's CMF, IA, EW, and CO forces.   

 

Tasks include: 

  • Plan Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises and Army exercises to include readiness certifications
  • Plan/coordinate training and certifications,
  • Integrate CEMA into training
  • Plan, manage and coordinate Army IA, EW and Cyber operational readiness for DRRS-A and USCYBERCOM mission posture.
  • Analyze, review, and monitor strategies, doctrine, policies, and other directives to ensure compliance with mandated regulations from both the government at large and the military customer.
  • Develop, review, and apply specific cyber operations guidance for integration into broader planning activities. Responsible for providing input to stakeholders for the development and refinement of cyber operations objectives, priorities, strategies, plans and programs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to leverage analytical and technical expertise to ensure mission goals are met.  
  • Provide briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, letters, memorandums, and official multimedia correspondence.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.  Will consider HS+16 years of experience,
  • 1 to 2 years direct experience with cyberspace operations
  • 1 to 2 years of Training Management experience OR 1 to 2 years of Exercise Management experience 
  • Familiarity with current DoD (e.g., Service, Joint) cyberspace system and network concepts and constructs
  • Familiar with either CMF and/or IO and/or EW forces
  • Familiar with JCTE-OG and the PCTE Regional Computing Stacks (RCS) (desired)
  • SharePoint Content Manager or Developer (desired) 
  • Experience with records management (ARIMS preferred)
  • Experience with the knowledge management process
  • Experience with processing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests
  • Direct knowledge and experience of the military decision making process (MDMP) and/or Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) and their respective products, inputs, and outputs to include military plans and orders (Army experience preferred)
  • Knowledge of USCYBERCOM, HQDA and Joint Staff (JS) processes and procedures
  • Knowledge of cyberspace and intelligence operations-related governing US Code such as Title 6, Title 10, Title 18, Title 32, Title 40, Title 44, and Title 50
  • Completion of the Army or Joint Cyber Operations Planning courses such as ACOPC or BCNOPC (or equivalent, e.g., JIOPC, JPME II, etc.)
  • Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph and MEAD clearance
  • U.S Citizenship Required

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree (prefer the degree is in a relevant field such as IT, CS, or similar)

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
