In support of the Operational, Planning, Implementation, and Assessment Services (OPIAS) contract, Peraton is seeking a Data Scientist/Data Analyst. This individual will be experienced in working with a diverse team of IO / MISO planners, social scientists, data engineers, intelligence analysts, and cultural advisors to translate empirical research findings into United States Government operational assessments and associated briefings on topics pertaining to the Middle East.
Position Summary:
As our Data Scientist you will be responsible for supporting analysis and assessment activities, to include the visualization and briefing of data (e.g., developing histograms, trend graphs, etc.), and overseeing technical inputs for the construction and application of analytic dashboards (potentially with the assistance of Peraton Labs). You will also be responsible for integrating requirements from the customer for cross-domain data solutions with the Peraton technical team. Being comfortable working with military planners to break down and synthesize data in a fashion that best informs plans and operations will greatly enhance your success in this role.
