About The Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced, highly organized DoW Rewards Program Coordinator to the Geographic Combatant Command J39 as it relates to the DoW Rewards Program. 

 

This position is located in Patch Barracks, USAG Stuttgart, Republic of Germany (DE)

 

In this role, you will:

  • Work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Support a U.S. European Command (EUCOM), the EUCOM Department of War Rewards Program (DoWRP), the EUCOM J39 Information Operations Division, and other United States Government (USG) inter-agency and DoD mission partners to coordinate, synchronize, and integrate the DoWRP into subcomponent and inter-agency efforts in EUCOM’s Area of Responsibility (AOR). 
  • Be part of a team focused on collaborating closely with EUCOM, subcomponent, and inter-agency intelligence and MISO staffs. 
  • Be the subject matter expert on verifying received information with other data sources, able to illuminate, and exploit, information received by the program in cooperation with intelligence staffs at all levels related to counter-terrorism and force protection matters.
  • Work closely with other subject matter experts to build DoWRP awareness campaigns in select countries within the EUCOM AOR. 
  • As the DoWRP Coordinator, you will expertly handle mission requirements and refine information through EUCOM, its components and inter-agency to develop actionable reporting.
  • Responsible for characterization of received information and triaging for staff action.
  • Perform knowledge management duties, receive, and process requests for support and requests for information, liaise with identified subcomponent representatives and provide updates on the staffing and status of DoWRP received information.
  • Provide oversight and liaise with marketing and production teams and report to the project manager for contractual deliverables.
  • Provide expert mission analysis, analytic problem solving, and assessment skills.
  • Effectively apply technical skills to tactical, operational, and strategic level planning/execution, identifying, and tracking measures of performance and measures of effectiveness.
  • Candidate must be an expert in oral, visual, & written communications and briefing techniques; must be able to effectively advise, negotiate and persuade various managers, military officials, and senior leaders; and must be effective at gaining acceptance of recommended concepts, ideas, guidance, policies and regulations.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or military service-based training and minimum 8 years’ experience.
  • Familiarity with staffing procedures, targeting TTPs as well as the EUCOM historic, current, and emerging threats.
  • Knowledgeable with DoW Rewards Program management and execution.
  • Experience in target development and validation process and applying a collection management strategy against designated targets.
  • Ability to proactively identify and assess risks and opportunities.
  • Experience operating in tactical, operational, strategic environments as well as multi-national and Inter-agency Partner environments as a staff member with minimum guidance with background in the following:
    • Deep understanding of classification guidelines and handling procedures.
    • Demonstrated ability to perform all source operational intelligence analysis.
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver individually sourced unclassified and classified products.
    • Demonstrated understanding geographic combatant command structures, functions, and requirements.
  • Experience with joint and/or combined military operations and interagency coordination.
  • Knowledge of DoW, joint, and Army service doctrine, regulations, and policies.
  • Capable of recommending changes to policy, force structure and design, and command relationships.
  • Knowledge of military command relationships and command and control (C2) procedures.
  • Able to coordinate PSYOP actions within the proper channels and processes that incorporate EUCOM authorities.
  • Ability to engage senior leaders and staff and conduct complex briefings to large audiences.
  • Good oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with intelligence, inter-agency and foreign national teammates.
  • Expert Microsoft Office Skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required with a current U.S. Passport.
  • Current Secret clearance with ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance with SCI.

DESIRED:

  • Graduate from accredited DOD Psychological Operations course and familiar with irregular warfare.
  • Basic familiarity with AI/ML for project management.
  • Experience working with remote teammates.
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), to include mission analysis, COA  development and CONOP approval briefings, HPEM, execution matrices, CONOP documents and FRAGOs.

 

SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
