Program Overview
About The Role

Peraton is seeking an Interagency Effect Program Manager to work on-site at Camp Smith, HI.

 

This position will provide support to generate effects across the Diplomatic, Informational, Military and Economic (DIME) Spectrum for MARFORPAC. This position requires information warfare (IW) subject matter expert (SME) planner experience that can plan for/synchronize and incorporate all domain effects into MARFORPAC OAI’s and across the interagency. 

 

What you'll do:

  • In coordination with higher, adjacent, and subordinate commands integrates IW / with the inter-agency into all exercises and operations in the U.S. INDOPACOM AOR.
  • The Interagency Effects PM is responsible for ensuring MFP objectives, desired effects and all domain access is achieved. Across the inter-agency, adjacent commands, and with allies and partners. Additionally, support policy advice, technical assistance, and support to MARFORPAC in the planning, coordination, de-confliction, and implementation of Information Warfare to include Influence Operations across the MARFORPAC Area of Operation.
  • Provides course of action development recommendations, participates in operational planning, conducts impact assessments, prepares response plans, and facilitates initiatives in accordance with all USINDOPACOM, MARFORPAC and other Department of Defense (DoD) directives.
  • Deliberate Planning: The incumbent serves as a technical expert for deliberate planning. Deliberate planning is conducted primarily in peacetime and is accomplished in prescribed cycles that complement other DoD planning cycles in accordance with the formally established Joint Strategic Planning System/Adaptive Planning and Execution System.
  • Provide operational planning support to all operations and exercise life-cycle events with a focus on specific OIE Information Related Capabilities (IRC) to include Influence Operations, Space Operations, Cyberspace Operations, EMSO, and Electronic Warfare.
  • Support Theater Security Cooperation and SMEE events with allied and partner nations through the provision and integration of IO concepts and capabilities.
  • Conduct briefings, provide written or oral reports/ presentation and updates for staff and decision makers.
  • Conducts necessary travel for planning conferences, OAI execution and engagements with inter-agency and allies and partners.
Qualifications

What you'll need:

  • Eductation:  12 years with BS/BA; 10 years with MS/MA; 7 years with Ph.D, or a HS degree with 16 years of experience.
  • Clearance:  Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • Expert Knowledge in in political science, foreign policy, and international coordination. This includes country team experience for both political, or political-economic issues. Ability to maintain contacts with political, labor, military and other figures at various levels of government and society within the Pacific theater.

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
