Do you want to be part of a team that supports U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who leads and acts as a full participant as a Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist that will integrate KM to foster information sharing to enhance decision making across the Command through an enterprise-wide KM solution. You will utilize Government-approved domains to develop, build, manage, and maintain collaborative environments at both unclassified and classified levels, ensuring that it complies with all applicable DoD standards and regulations. Responsible for implementing knowledge-related activities within the Command, including capturing and sharing knowledge assets adapted to the functions of each staff element.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI
• Minimum 8 YOE with Bachelor Degree, or 6 YOE with Master Degree, or 3 YOE with PhD
• Experience capturing individual and organizational knowledge and developing cohesive KM strategies and methodology plans using the existing Government domains, such as C2IE, DoD WebTAS, M365 and create data flows between them and Advana.
• Experience with existing DoD platforms Open Data & Applications Government-Owned Interoperable Repositories (Open DAGIR), and Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2), to use existing applications and better joint C2.
• Experience designing and managing staff element KM systems through applied subject matter expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365) and other approved technologies. Provides tailored consultation on use of available collaborative tools and build visualizations or workflow applications in M365 SharePoint, Power Apps, or Power BI.

Desired Qualification:

• Master Degree or PhD from an accredited college or university
