Program Overview
About The Role

Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) through the FAA’s Business, National Airspace, and Technical Computing Services (BNATCS) contract. As a trusted partner to the Federal Aviation Administration, Peraton helps deliver the systems and services that keep our nation’s skies safe and connected. We’re looking for innovative professionals who thrive in mission-critical environments and are passionate about shaping the future of air traffic management. This is your chance to make an impact on one of the world’s most vital transportation infrastructures, working alongside leaders in aviation, engineering, data science, and systems integration.

At Peraton, you won’t just support the mission — you’ll define it.

Join a team dedicated to protecting the safety and integrity of U.S. air travel. As the Program Integration Lead, you’ll provide strategic oversight and seamless coordination across all elements of the BNATCS program. As the senior integrator, you’ll be the glue that keeps multiple teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders aligned—driving operational, technical, and schedule integration to meet FAA objectives. This is your opportunity to influence one of the most important modernization efforts in U.S. aviation.

In this position, you will:

  • Lead integration of program plans, schedules, and deliverables across all functional areas, ensuring alignment with FAA requirements and milestones.

  • Oversee coordination between technical teams, functional leads, subcontractors, and FAA stakeholders to resolve cross-functional challenges.

  • Develop and maintain program performance dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings for leadership and FAA representatives.

  • Facilitate integration meetings and decision forums to address dependencies, risks, and change management.

  • Monitor and assess program-wide risks, issues, and performance metrics, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain program cohesion.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to the Program Manager and leadership to enhance efficiency and execution.

  • Ensure compliance with FAA standards, security requirements, and operational protocols.

Why This Role Matters

The FAA’s National Airspace System is the backbone of U.S. air travel, enabling millions of passengers, cargo deliveries, and critical missions every day. As Program Integration Lead, you will help deliver next-generation capabilities that strengthen safety, efficiency, and reliability in U.S. airspace.

  • Demonstrated experience leading integration efforts on FAA programs and a strong understanding of FAA processes, systems, and operational environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-team, multi-location integration in a high-visibility program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage senior FAA stakeholders effectively.
