Overall Assignment Description:
Senior MS&A Engineers lead and perform advanced modeling, simulation, and analytical efforts to support mission partners, analysts, and warfighters. They play a key role in defining system and data requirements to enable timely, accurate, and mission-aligned GEOINT for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA).
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and application of sophisticated models, tools, and algorithms to detect patterns and trends within large-scale data sets.
Model NGA architectures, requirements, and system performance in alignment with NGA/NSG strategic goals and the future direction of GEOINT.
Develop models and simulations to support analysis of alternatives, performance and design trade studies, and emerging capabilities; generate deployment options based on MS&A results within existing NSG architectures and cloud environments.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Mid- and Junior-level MS&A engineers.
Support all tasks outlined in Section 3.5: Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A).
