Responsibilities

We are looking to add a ServiceNow Technical Lead to our team of professionals.

 

What you'll do:

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and other modules.
  • Establishes the basic structure of the system, defines essential core design features and elements that provide the framework.
  • Incorporates engineering strategies for introducing new technology into the customer's infrastructure related to its business processes of collection, analysis, production, and dissemination.
  • Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commercial off-the-shelf or already developed components.
  • Applies knowledge of enterprise IT or engineering needs to design improved processes, generate valid requirements, and ensures that these are consistent with the customer's enterprise technical architecture.
  • Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of ServiceNow projects.
  • Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years of experience or 12 years in lieu of degree
  • Knowledge and working experience of ServiceNow platform
  • Experienced at guiding team members on technical aspects, providing mentorship and technical direction.
  • Ability to serve as Tier two support for escalated technical issues and development requests to develop more robust solutions
  • This is a fully remote position and will require you to have the ability to work without supervision and or able to assist the team with guidance from remote
  • Have a strong desire to stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and related technologies to enhance team capabilities.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance.
  • US citizenship

  • ServiceNow certifications

Target Salary Range

$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
