Program Overview
Peraton provides USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period.
About The Role

Peraton requires Travel Coordinators to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. 

This position is located in Tampa, Florida.   

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.  

Seeking a detail-oriented Travel Coordinator experienced in coordinating government travel in compliance with applicable regulations and ensuring timely, accurate execution of all travel-related processes. 

  • Coordinate and track travel requests in support of SITEC operations, ensuring alignment with mission timelines and operational priorities. 
  • Act as a primary travel liaison between government personnel, supervisors, and contract leadership to facilitate clear, effective communication with DoD stakeholders. 
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), Federal Travel Regulation (FTR), and Government Travel Card (GTC) policies. 
  • Prepare, review, and submit travel authorizations and vouchers using government-approved systems (e.g., DTS or other platforms), ensuring timely and accurate processing. 
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness in accordance with DoD and SITEC program requirements. 
  • Provide guidance to team members and travelers on regulatory updates, policy changes, and system processes. 
Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

  • 9 years with HS degree, 7 years with AS/AA, 5 years with BS/BA, 3 years with MS/MA, 0 years with PhD 
  • A DoD SECRET clearance is required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations, JTR, FTR, and GTC 
  • Familiarity with Special Operations Forces (SOF) operations and mission tempo. 
  • Experience with Defense Travel System (DTS) or similar government travel management systems.

Details

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
