We're seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to a mission-driven, Agile development environment focused on delivering modern, high-performance solutions. In this role, you'll work with cutting-edge technologies like Quarkus and PrimeFaces, and have the opportunity to design and implement complex systems that solve real-world problems.

What You'll Do:

  • Build complex, high-performance software: Design and implement sophisticated algorithms under strict timing, resource, and interface constraints.

  • Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with system and hardware engineers to define, refine, and deliver robust software requirements.

  • Drive quality: Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and uphold software engineering best practices.

  • Continuously improve: Recommend enhancements to our documentation and development standards to keep us at the forefront of software excellence.

  • Lead installation and integration efforts: Ensure software deployments meet performance expectations and work seamlessly with hardware systems.

Qualifications
  • The Software Engineer, shall have at least the following experience:
    Seven (7) years’ experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
  • TS/SCI clearance with polygraph clearance is required.
  • The TTO is performed out of the contractor facility and offers flexible hours and telework opportunities.
  • Additional Desired Qualifications:
    Experience with the following:
    • DBA development
    • Java
    • SQL
    • Query creation
    • PostGreSQL
    • ElasticSearch aggregations

Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
