About The Role
- Provide proactive programmatic and technical support. Provide assessments of the vendor technical delivery, identify, and track the critical path of development activities, identify and track action items discussed during program reviews.
- Consolidate, de-conflict, and help prioritize existing and future requirements across development efforts, integrators, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and track active mission planning, CONOPS, and integration exercises with mission partners.
- Identify programmatic and technical risks to the program. Work with program teams, COTRs, and element leads to mitigate and address risks.
- Assist in managing the project budgets.
- Interface with program teams and management to understand and draft responses to upcoming data calls, briefing packages, budget exercises, and other business.
- Interface with multiple elements, both formally and informally on behalf of the team to understand current and future development projects to support team requirements.
- Assist in system acceptance testing of operational and CM systems. Provide assessments and feedback of events to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of a technical strategies. Coordinate and track new and existing requirements, define trades, and help define the government's technical direction.
- Support testing and evaluation of new hardware and make recommendations on suitability for operational use.
- Coordinate closely on system development/integration.
- Collect, track and report deployed system metrics by measuring system performance during its lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree

Required Skills
- Ability to coordinate and organize weekly team and other meetings (room reservations, invitations, agenda, and notes).
- Ability to manage project logistics including purchasing, shipping, and inventory.
- Ability to maintain and refine master integrated schedules for the planning, deploying, operating, and maintaining complex field systems through the entire lifecycle.
- Ability to develop and execute system test plans and facilitate system accreditation.
- Ability to provide support in real-time to forward deployed teams.
- Experience with SIGINT collection programs.
- Solid understanding of Customer organization, culture, partnerships, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Customer programmatic, operational, and technical standards and processes.
- Excellent communication skills with tangible examples of working with internal and external team members.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with experience using the power of persuasion to progress large and/or complex tasking.
- Ability to work as a team or independently to maintain hardware and software.
- Ability to occasional work off hours for short durations as needed .
- Track record of being a “self-starter”.

Details
Target Salary Range: $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
