Program Overview
About The Role

Responsibilities:

 

Primary duties will include:

  • Support the DoD-Defense Industrial Base (DIB) Collaborative Information Sharing Environment (DCISE) as a Workflow Manager (WFM).
  • Monitor DCISE inbox and respond as needed.
  • Answer phones and customer hotline and respond as needed.
  • Disseminate all cyber products to partners and stakeholders.
  • Monitor internal portal for questions and comments and respond as needed.
  • Monitor JIRA for various tasks and tickets and respond as needed.
  • Assist with assigning tasks, setting timelines for tasks, and ensuring completion of tasks.
  • Primary Malware Analysis Coordinator (MAC) for our customer; which includes coordinating collection of malware samples with internal and external partners.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree and 7+ years of experience; OR Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience; OR Master’s Degree and 3+ years of experience. Or 0 years with PhD. However, four (4) years of additional relevant experience or specialized training will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Self-motivated individual with acute attention to detail.
  • Initially required to be on-site daily until fully trained, and then at least three days per week; with additional days as need in support of operations.
  • Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong organization skills.
  • Experience with Department of Defense Cyber Operations.
  • Inquisitive mind – continuously learning, growing, and honing your craft!
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
