Program Overview
About The Role
**Position is Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Peraton is seeking an Asset Management Sr. Advisor to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that assets for mission-critical FAA systems are managed with a high degree of data quality. This position works closely with engineers, developers, and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.
In this position, you will:
- Coordinate with program teams on asset management.
- Coordinate with suppliers on asset management.
- Conduct and support audits of the asset inventory and asset management processes.
- Provide subject matter expertise on asset management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- 16+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- U.S. Citizenship Required.
- Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Strong knowledge of quality frameworks and best practices.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience conducting asset management audits.
- Experience with asset management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Asset Smart, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting FAA or aviation-related systems.
- Experience with data analytics and innovative solutions to manage assets.
- Experience utilizing government reporting systems (e.g., PIEE).
