Peraton is seeking a Change Management Analyst - Senior to support Weather and AAC modernization efforts in Alaska. This role will focus on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and adoption support to help ensure successful implementation of new processes, tools, and operating approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Support change management planning and execution for assigned initiatives.
- Assess stakeholder impacts and readiness associated with planned changes.
- Develop communication materials, readiness tools, and implementation support products.
- Coordinate with program leadership, technical teams, and impacted stakeholders to support adoption activities.
- Assist with training coordination, user engagement, and feedback collection.
- Monitor risks, resistance points, and adoption challenges, and recommend mitigation approaches.
- Track change-related activities, milestones, and outcomes.
- Support development of briefings, status reports, and leadership updates.
Work Location / Additional Requirements
- This position is based in Anchorage, Alaska.
- Ability to support occasional travel to field sites and remote locations, as required.
- Ability to work in austere environments and Arctic conditions, including remote site access and limited-amenity accommodations, when needed.
- Willingness to comply with applicable site safety, badging, and operational requirements.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizenship required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years or MS/MA with 6 years' or 12 years' with HS diploma.
- Experience supporting organizational change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, or implementation support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and functional groups.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal modernization or transformation efforts.
- Familiarity with structured change management frameworks.
- Experience supporting technical, infrastructure, or operational programs.
