About The Role
Human Resources Specialist Senior
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing HR projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Provide HR support services to facilitate workforce management, talent development, and compliance with HR policies.
- Support HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related initiatives to align with mission objectives and organizational priorities.
- Maintain HR systems data and ensure information is accessible and current.
- Support HR reporting and provide relevant data to assist in the IC Customer decision-making.
- Support hiring processes, coordinate onboarding processes, and ensure recruitment efforts align with workforce needs.
- Facilitate policy coordination by preparing the required documentation and ensuring compliance with applicable HR guidelines.
- Support professional development efforts by facilitating workforce learning opportunities and maintaining relevant materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and interagency partners to support HR initiatives and workforce programs.
- Able to adapt to changing HR requirements and provide support as needed to sustain efficient operations and meet evolving workforce priorities.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
- 4+ years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a Degree
- Current/Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-level stakeholders
Desired
- 10+ years’ experience managing operational projects with an Human Resources Environment ideally in an IC environment.
- Proven experience within the IC environment
