About The Role
Peraton seeks a Senior Cyber Intelligence Analyst to G2 Plans to provide intelligence planning support to Information Advantage (Cyberspace Operations, Information Operations, and Electromagnetic Warfare Operations) to improve the full spectrum of Army operations in the Information Environment.
This position is located On Site in Fort Gordon, GA.
Tasks include:
- Provide strategic, operational and some tactical intelligence planning support (i.e., Intelligence Support to DCO) to the Intelligence Plans section, the G2, and in support of command planning as required
- Assist the organization in collecting, analyzing, and disseminating actionable information through the development of various intelligence reports and products
- Support the coordination, and execution of intelligence requirements across multiple intelligence disciplines within the organization and support the synchronization of intelligence with strategic partners (e.g., USCYBERCOM, Intelligence Community (IC), etc.)
- Enhance situational awareness, enable rapid decision-making, and support current and long-term operational planning
- Conduct briefings for senior military and civilian leadership as required
- Perform duties as staff action officer
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. An additional 4 years experience can be used in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated experience in cyberspace operations, Information Operations, or Electronic Warfare
- Ability to generate intelligence reports and products IAW ICD 206 standards: written IAW DIA style manual with at least 90% spelling and grammar accuracy
- Understanding of Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) or Joint Planning Process (JPP)
- Skilled in research and evaluation of technical and all-source intelligence
- Understanding of cyber warfare tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Experience with cyber threat profiling and intelligence data correlation
- Possess in-depth understanding of intelligence analytic concepts to monitor, assess, and report on cyberspace operations, capabilities, and vulnerabilities
- Ability to surge support to Crisis Action Team, working outside normal duty hours or additional hours may be required as missions dictate. Extended Work Week can be authorized.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain/maintain Polygraph and MEAD
- U.S Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience on three- or four-star headquarters or combat support agency planning staff
- Training or education on strategic or operational planning (such as JPME)
- Security+, CySA+ or comparable DoD 8140 cybersecurity certification
