Program Overview
About The Role
Cyber Targeting Analyst will conduct research and evaluate technical/all-source intelligence in an increasingly complex and highly dynamic office. Cyber Targeting Analyst will address high-profile intelligence issues and apply the full-range of analytic tradecraft to sophisticated/challenging worldwide missions. Cyber Targeting Analyst will identify and assess the right entities, vulnerabilities, and technology trends to enable new collection operations that address critical intelligence issues. Cyber Targeting Analyst will perform work that requires strong analytic, research and investigative skills combined with ops sense, personal initiative, and technical expertise.
Qualifications
Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
TS/SCI W POLY
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related technical field from an accredited college/university
- 6 years’ experience conducting cyber analysis or cyber targeting experience (including selectors targeting, monitoring, and reporting; technical analysis; or counterintelligence; or similar)
- 3 years’ experience with commercial telecommunications protocols
- 3 years’ experience with technical collection and commercial data sets
- 3 years’ experience utilizing at least one Sponsor tool for telecommunication analysis
- Proven ability to effectively engage and collaborate with multiple offices/organizations with a team-focused mentality
- Skilled at SIGINT targeting and analysis
- Foreign Language
Desired Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISPP, CCNA, CEH)
- Experience with offensive cyber operations
- Experience supporting risk management systems
- Experience with Python tool
- Experience with intelligence life cycle
