Program Overview
Provide technical expertise to U.S. Government partners/clients Information Operations, Irregular Warfare, IT Support, Cybersecurity, Mission Command, network operations and maintenance and many other Services across the Korean Peninsula.
About The Role

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 
• Experience in providing guidance and oversight ensuring rapid responsiveness to customer requests for technical support and change requests.
• Provide strategic, next generation system planning and integration to enable senior leader decision making.
• Ensures work, information, ideas, and technology flow freely among the team/section and ensures collaboration with other teams;
• Meets regularly with team members to gather work status, discuss work progress and obstacles
• Provides advice, guidance, encouragement and constructive feedback;
• Ensures staff has the resources and skills needed to support all work initiatives;
• Establishes measurable individual and team objectives that are aligned with business goals;
• Documents and presents performance assessments and collaborates with staff to create individual development plans
• Generates appropriate communication, process and educational plans for mitigating the disruption of change
• Leads and participates in IT workforce deployment activities

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 
• Ten (10) or more years of experience managing an IT support staff
• Familiarity with DoD IM/IT governance models
• BA/BS Degree in information technology or related discipline
• Certification(s): PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
• SECRET Clearance

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Korean
  • DoD 8140 Certified
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
