About The Role
Peraton is seeking a talented Business Analyst to provide proven, industry leading cloud development experience to our law enforcement customer in order to solve their big data challenges.
Location:
In this role, you will:
- Provide services to support Business Analysis and may consist of but are not limited to the following activities supporting products on multiple enclaves:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Document detailed specifications and workflows, providing clear guidance to development teams and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage, respond to, and prioritize user tickets, collaborating with developers and leadership to ensure timely resolution of key issues.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog by working with developers and stakeholders to ensure that the most valuable features are clearly defined and addressed in each sprint.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years with BS/BA; 4+ years with AS/AA; 6+ years without the degree.
- Experience performing systems analysis activities on production enterprise applications.
- Experience negotiating with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Experience documenting requirements from stakeholders and users.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Experience competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Current, active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.

Details
Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
