About The Role

Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).

 

Responsibilities:

 

Peraton is seeking a senior Campaign Manager Team Lead to direct and oversee a team of Campaign Managers. The Team Lead will design strategic campaigns, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure consistent, high-quality operational output across the team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing communications or strategic communications operations teams, familiarity with Sponsor processes and systems, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and managing Campaign Managers, providing mentorship, quality oversight, and task prioritization to ensure consistent, high-quality operational output;
  • Designing and overseeing strategic communications campaigns using established frameworks to achieve Sponsor-defined objectives;
  • Managing productive relationships with Sponsor partners and stakeholders, serving as the Sponsor's representative on strategic communications best practices and operational tradecraft;
  • Reviewing and coordinating Campaign Management Briefs for Sponsor approval, ensuring all products meet applicable standards;
  • Facilitating the integration of Sponsor and stakeholder capabilities into campaign execution, identifying opportunities to enhance operational effectiveness and close capability gaps.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

 

  • TS/SCI with Poly, active and current.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10 years of experience managing communications activities (i.e., account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, or journalism);
  • OR 10 years of experience managing military psychological strategic communications operations,
  • Either of which must include two (2) years of experience contributing to external-facing communications projects.
  • Four (4) years of experience managing communications, psyops, or strategic communications operations teams.
  • Familiarity with Sponsor processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or related communications discipline.
  • Two (2) years of experience managing communications projects under the direction of the Sponsor.
  • Experience leading a wholistic integrated/multi-channel communications campaign, on behalf of the Sponsor.

 

 

Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
