About The Role

Peraton is a leading provider of Information Operations (IO) and Irregular Warfare (IW) capabilities to the U.S. government. Comprised of strategic communications professionals, Psychological Operations (PSYOP) and Military Information Support Operations (MISO) practitioners, data analysts, and campaign managers that bring a multidisciplinary approach to planning, executing, and assessing strategic communications operations, this program integrates Information Related Capabilities (IRC) across multiple domains, environments, and geographic boundaries, leveraging data-driven frameworks, multi-source analytics, and evidence-based reporting to advance influence objectives on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC).

 

Responsibilities:

 

Peraton is seeking a mid-level Campaign Manager to support the design, planning, and execution of strategic communications campaigns. The Campaign Manager will develop campaign products, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to operational planning using established strategic frameworks. The ideal candidate has experience in communications or strategic communications operations, familiarity with Sponsor processes and systems, and the ability to perform both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supporting the design and planning of strategic communications campaigns using established frameworks, incorporating data-driven approaches to inform operational planning
  • Developing and coordinating Campaign Management Briefs for Sponsor review and approval
  • Managing relationships with Sponsor partners and stakeholders, facilitating integration of capabilities into campaign execution
  • Preparing formal written products and supporting verbal briefings to Sponsor leadership as directed
  • Coordinating with MOE Analysts to ensure campaign designs incorporate effectiveness data and align with Sponsor objectives

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • TS/SCI with Poly required.
  • Five (5) years of experience contributing to communications activities (i.e., account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, or journalism)
  • OR Five (5) years of experience contributing to military psychological operations or strategic communications operations
  • Either of which must include two (2) years of experience contributing to external-facing communications projects
  • Familiarity with the Sponsor processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or other related communications discipline
  • Experience supporting a wholistic integrated/multi-channel communications campaign, on behalf of the Sponsor
Details

Target Salary Range: $86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
