About The Role

Peraton is seeking a senior Campaign Manager to design, plan, and execute strategic communications campaigns. The Campaign Manager will develop strategic operational plans, produce formal campaign products, and manage stakeholder relationships to advance Sponsor objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in communications or strategic communications operations, strong strategic planning skills, and the ability to perform independently in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.

 

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and planning strategic communications campaigns using established frameworks, incorporating data-driven design to inform operational planning
  • Developing Campaign Management Briefs detailing operational plans, intermediary objectives, and end states for Sponsor approval
  • Managing productive relationships with Sponsor partners and stakeholders, facilitating the integration of capabilities and serving as the Sponsor's representative on strategic communications best practices
  • Preparing and delivering formal written products and verbal briefings to Sponsor leadership and senior stakeholders as directed
  • Coordinating with MOE Analysts to incorporate effectiveness assessments into campaign refinement and ensure operational designs are informed by data-driven metrics

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • TS/SCI with Poly required.
  • Eight (8) years of experience contributing to communications activities (i.e., account-based marketing, public relations, digital media, advertising, or journalism)
  • OR Eight (8) years of experience contributing to military psychological operations or strategic communications operations
  • Either of which must include two (2) years of experience contributing to external-facing communications projects
  • Four (4) years of experience managing communications, psyops, or strategic communications operations teams
  • Familiarity with the Sponsor processes, procedures, and systems for conducting and documenting operations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, business administration or other related communications discipline
  • Two (2) years of experience managing communications projects under the direction of the Sponsor
  • Experience leading a wholistic integrated/multi-channel communications campaign, on behalf of the Sponsor
Details

Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
