The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor and strategist, ensuring that FAA modernization programs are adopted effectively, embraced by stakeholders, and sustained long-term. Familiarity with FAA organizational structure, culture, and modernization goals.
Experience supporting federal agencies or large-scale transformation initiatives.
Professional certifications such as Prosci Change Management, CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional), or PMP.
Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or other NAS-related initiatives.
Familiarity with aviation operations, safety management systems, or FAA program delivery frameworks.
Background in developing enterprise communications campaigns for large organizations.
Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communications, and workforce readiness.
Experience mentoring or leading federal OCM practice areas.
