Peraton is seeking an highly strategic Chief of Staff (Strategy) to support executive leadership in shaping, coordinating, and executing enterprise-level strategy for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This role will serve as a strategic integrator and advisor, driving alignment across business units, programs, and modernization initiatives. You will work directly with senior executives to translate vision into actionable roadmaps, track performance against goals, and guide strategic decision-making for the broader aviation mission.
In this position, you will:
Serve as the principal partner to leadership on operational strategy, communication, and execution helping shape the future of national aviation modernization.
Drive enterprise strategy development, ensuring alignment between missions, portfolios, and modernization goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
Lead the preparation of executive briefings, strategic dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership.
Monitor execution of major initiatives to ensure they remain aligned with strategic intent, risk posture, and budget.
Facilitate governance processes, leadership forums, and enterprise decision-making activities.
Manage strategic communications and messaging to ensure consistent alignment across workstreams.
Partner with Program Management Offices (PMOs) to synchronize modernization, transformation, and integration activities.
Conduct market, risk, and capability analyses to inform future-state planning and investment strategies.
