This is an on-site position at NSWC Carderock facility in Olney MD.
Peraton is seeking an experienced Cyber Security practitioner, preferably with experience as an ISSO.
Candidate should have extensive experience with the RMF process, NIST publications, and EMASS.
The Candidate should also be familiar with developing system artifacts and be comfortable with communicating with System Admins to gather information as well experienced at extracting information from system user manuals.
Types of artifacts to be developed and managed include:
Access Control Plan, Audit and Accountability Plan, Configuration Management Plan, Contingency Plan, Identification and Authentication Plan, Incident Response Plan, Information System Maintenance Plan, Media Protection Plan, Migration Plan, Personnel Security Plan, Program Management Plan, Risk Assessment Plan, Security Assessment and Authorization Plan, Security Assessment Plan, Security Plan, System and Communications Protection Plan, System and Information Integrity Plan, System and Services Acquisition Plan, Targeted Security Assessment Plan, Vulnerability Management Plan, Funding Memorandum for Record, Locations Memorandum for Record, POA&M.
Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD
Must have demonstrable experience with the RMF process, security planning, and generation of artifacts like those described in Responsibilities.
Active Top Secret Clearance. SCI eligibility may be required in the future. The position may elevate to TS Poly in the future, so candidates should be able to pass a Polygraph evaluation.
