About The Role

Peraton sseks a Coordination Specialist to conduct Travel/Outreach/Strategic Engagement for the contract team supporting PACOM J6 MRTC Assessments.

 

Location:  Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MD

 

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage the travel team's deployment calendar -- ensure team's travel authorization requests are completed IAW the Task Order,
  • Manage travel site access requests and schedule data calls
  • Facilitate advance coordination with site SSOs for SCIF access (minimum 2–4 weeks lead time)
  • Maintain the calendar for site visits and track action items from site visits
  • Maintain a GPOC/stakeholder contact list
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 years.
  • Prior J6 or communications staff experience at CCMD or Service component level
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-organizational coordination skills
  • Familiarity with USINDOPACOM AOR, component command structures, and OCONUS site access procedures
  • Experience managing complex multi-site coordination across the Indo-Pacific theater
  • U.S Citizenship required
  • Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
Details

Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
