About The Role
Peraton seeks a Cyber Operations/Offensive Cyber Planning to support operations in the USSPACECOM Joint Cyber Center. Location: Colorado, Springs
Tasks include:
- An expert in the functional area (offensive cyber)
- Integrated into the JCC Offensive Cyberspace Operations Branch
- Assists with offensive cyber goals, policies, and procedures dealing with the development and performance of offensive cyber capabilities and functions
- Contributes to development of the Command's Cyber Prioritized Effects List (CPEL)
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with counterparts on the Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, USSPACECOM components, and other DoD/federal agency reps to integrate capabilities into OCO plans
Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider HS+16 years of experience or Associates with 14+ years of experience.
- Offensive Cyberspace Operations experience
- U.S Citizenship is required
- Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance
Preferred:
- Knowledge of DoD, JCS, and unified command policies, functions, and operations
- Knowledge of Joint Targeting Process
- Understanding of org structure and assigned mission of USCYBERCOM and cyber mission forces
- Experience in USCYBERCOM and/or a Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber
- Familiarity with the US space community and space operations
Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
