About The Role
Peraton seeks a Cybersecurity Assessor focused on Critical Infrastructure (CI) and Operational Technology (OT) to assess the cyber readiness and security of the Army’s CI/OT. Location: Fort Gordon, GA.
Tasks include:
- Assess the cyber readiness and security of the Army’s CI/OT
- Implement, maintain, and secure physical systems in an industrial environment, including hardware and software like Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) controllers, and other automation tools
- Monitor industrial processes and network traffic to validate good cybersecurity posture
- Provide a deep understanding of both technical systems and industry-specific regulations,
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth functionality and compliance with cybersecurity standard.

- Active DOD TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
- An IAT Level III certification
- GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) certification
- Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) certification
- GIAC Response and Industrial Defense (GRID) certification
- Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) certification
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
