Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared Deployment & Site-Level Security Operations Specialist - Senior to support this mission at Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina. 

Responsibilities:  

As Deployment & Site-Level Security Operations Specialist - Senior you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include: 

  • Serves as a lead technical expert in designing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive site-level security strategies for C2ISR system deployments and ongoing operations. 
  • Leads and directs the secure deployment and integration of complex C2ISR systems, ensuring all physical and logical security measures are in place and operationalized according to stringent RMF and classification guidelines. 
  • Oversees all site-level security operations, including advanced monitoring, incident response, and forensic analysis for physical breaches, data spills, and unauthorized access events. 
  • Develops and enforces robust security policies and procedures specific to the site, ensuring strict adherence to facility security requirements, site-specific RMFs, and all applicable classification guidelines. 
  • Architects and leads the implementation of enhanced Operations Security (OPSEC) programs at the site level, identifying, assessing, and mitigating high-level programmatic vulnerabilities and critical information disclosure risks. 
  • Manages security access systems and protocols for all personnel and visitors at the site, ensuring secure and compliant entry/exit, and coordinates with external security forces as required. 
  • Functions as a technical expert across multiple high-impact security assignments, guiding junior and journeyman specialists, and influencing strategic site security posture for the entire C2ISR mission environment.  
Qualifications

Required qualifications: 

  • Previous experience as Deployment & Site-Level Security Operations Specialist or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level; 
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a BS/BA or 3 years’ experience with an MS/MA o0 years’ experience with a PhD.  or 9 years' experience w/o a degree or 7 years' experience with AS/AA
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level 
  • US citizenship is required  

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment. 

Work Environment:  

  • Location: Pope Army Airfield, NC 
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking 
  • Travel: May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Details

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
