About The Role

Peraton seeks a Endpoint Windows & Systems Reviewer to support USPACOM J6 conduct forward-deployed MRT-C assessment operations across the PACOM AOR.

 

Location: Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MD

Location: Honolulu, HI

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site DODIN cybersecurity reviews at CONUS and OCONUS locations across the PACOM AOR as directed by the DODIN Inspections and Assessments Schedule.
  • Conduct Security Readiness Reviews (SRRs) in accordance with DCDC assessment standards and applicable DISA STIGs.
  • Submit DODIN Cybersecurity Review Reports, including SRR reports and vulnerability scan analysis.
  • Operate as part of a dedicated 12-person MRT-C Assessment Force
  • Conduct vulnerability scans and analysis 
  • Support OJT for new reviewers and certification through DCDC reviewer certification process.
  • Maintain current certification records for all assessment personnel; submit updated rosters with each MSR.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D. Will consider Associate +14 years or  HS +16 years experience
  • Must have experience in collecting, analyzing, and assessing data in order to provide formal feedback.  Specifically, able to analyze organization's cyber defense policies and configurations and evaluate compliance with regulations and organizational directives (i.e., analysis of mitigations)
  • At least 2 years of direct experience
  • Experience in measuring effectiveness of defense-in-depth architecture against known vulnerabilities and risk indicators
  • Experience with maintaining deployable cyber defense audit toolkit (e.g., specialized cyber defense software and hardware) to support cyber defense audit missions
  • Knowledge of applicable cyber defense policies, regulations, and compliance documents specifically related to cyber defense auditing
  • Travel is expected to worldwide locations.  Travel will be conducted in accordance with the Task Order guidelines.
  • Current DOD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification.  Must obtain certification within 60 days of employment.   
  • Current DOD 8140/8570 IAM Level II certification.  Must obtain certification within 60 days of employment
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI
  • U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred:

  • Current DOD 8140/8570 CSSP-Auditor certification
  • Current DOD 8140/8570 IAM Level III certification
  • BS/BA; or higher education 
Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
