As a Senior Systems Engineer & Integrator, you will play a key role in shaping NGA’s enterprise systems and mission capabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Enterprise Integration: Lead cross-PEO and Mission Partner integration efforts, synchronizing architecture, requirements, and interfaces.
Mission Engineering: Develop and lead GEOINT Mission Use Cases—conducting interviews, identifying capability gaps, and developing architecture artifacts.
Strategic Planning & Analysis: Create integrated project plans, CONOPS, target architectures, and roadmaps. Perform AoAs, COAs, and trade studies to inform system investment decisions.
Leadership & Collaboration: Build strong relationships across government organizations. Lead integrated project teams across Analytic, Collection Management, Data Services, IT Modernization, and more.
Digital Engineering: Drive adoption of agile practices and digital engineering processes to streamline GEOINT mission delivery.
Governance & Oversight: Participate in governance, configuration, and risk management processes. Mentor and oversee contractor engineers at all levels.
Deep knowledge of the GEOINT Enterprise Architecture and TCPED cycle
Strong Systems Engineering and Integration expertise
Experience capturing mission needs and translating them into technical solutions
Familiarity with digital engineering tools, agile practices, and enterprise systems
Leadership in complex, cross-functional environments
