We are seeking a Field Services Technician - Junior to support the installation, transition, and sustainment of next-generation Voice Communication Switch (VCS) systems. This role will assist with site preparation, system installation, cutover, customer acceptance, testing, and legacy system decommissioning in operational environments.
The ideal candidate has a technical foundation in telecommunications, networking, electronics, IT, or a related field and is interested in developing hands-on experience supporting mission-critical voice systems. The technician will work alongside experienced field technicians, engineers, and program teams to complete deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure systems are installed and transitioned according to established procedures.
This position is remote with approximately 95% travel requirements and may require extended periods at customer and operational sites.

This role is ideal for an early-career or developing technician who has a foundation in telecommunications, networking, electronics, or a related technical field and is interested in building experience supporting mission-critical voice systems.
