About The Role

Peraton is seeking an experienced Identity Intelligence Specialist to provide oversight of the maintenance and enhancement of identity information used to protect national interests. The ideal candidate will have experience directly supporting the Intelligence Community. You are a quality-focused leader, helping your team to enhance data and record keeping of identity information and maintain integrity of this information on behalf of the Government. You are an excellent communicator able to continually collaborate across the whole-of-government to enhance data repositories aimed at protecting the homeland. You are comfortable taking limited direction to support your customer’s ability to maintain operational readiness in a dynamic environment. You establish and maintain excellent, collaborative working relationships with executive leaders, soliciting and incorporating feedback in a thoughtful, professional manner.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Active, current TS/SCI with polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years relevant experience with BS/BA
  • Experience working with biometric systems in an operational or analytical role
  • Experience leveraging analytical tools and databases to evaluate identity and biometric data
  • Demonstrated experience successfully working across organizational silos to support whole-of-government activities
  • Ability to confidently engage partners in a professional, collaborative manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technically relevant field such as Computer Science, Forensic Science, Data Science, Biometrics, etc.
  • Experience leading teams by participating in hiring and onboarding, driving individual and team performance, supporting growth and development, etc.

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
