About The Role

Peraton is currently seeking a Systems Administrator/Information Management Officer (IMO) for an existing contract supporting the U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) J3 Directorate at US Army Garrison - Humphreys. 

 

Location: Pyeongtaek, South Korea.

 

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide dedicated Information Technology (IT), Information Management (IM), Information Assurance (IA), and Knowledge Management (KM) services in support of more than 10 knowledge/data walls, 1000 computer systems on three separate networks, 500 printers, and 500 secure telephones. 
  • Provide timely response to customer IT needs via a trouble ticketing system.  This position is designated Emergency Essential.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems or similar. (4 years’ experience may be substituted for degree requirement). 
  • CompTIA Security+ or higher certification. 
  • Demonstrated customer service skills.
  • Experience with MS SharePoint, Windows Desktop Support, and Tier 1 IT support.
  • Ability to support shift work during bi-annual theater training exercises.
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain Invited Contractor status under the ROK/US Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA).

Target Salary Range: $51,000 - $82,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
