About The Role
The Intelligence Analyst Lead serves as the SME and will oversee contractor personnel providing analysis and production support. The IA Lead is responsible for, but not limited to:
- Identify the people, relationships, and organizations having access to the information needed to address critical US foreign intelligence requirements and find opportunities to disrupt various threats.
- Planning and implementation of intelligence collection, counterintelligence, and other operations.
- Utilize advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge of operation tradecraft to identify opportunities and enhance ongoing operations.
- Serve as a Project Lead (PL) within the department, expanding beyond the performer requirements on program.
- Serve as a critical partner on program and is the primary interface between the customer and PM.
- Expected to take ownership of their roles and team performers to ensure mission and contractual goals are met.

Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with a CI Poly clearance
- A minimum of fifteen years’ experience with a BS/BA leading DIE all-source analysis, production programs, efforts, and ICD application.
- BS/BA degree.
- A minimum of ten years’ experience supporting and/or managing military intelligence operations and/or programs specializing in all-source intelligence analysis and production.
- A minimum of five years’ experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project or program similar in scope to this TO.
- Recent experience (within the last five years) working at or above the Combatant Command level.

Details
Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
