About The Role
Peraton is seeking an experienced Irregular Warfare Targeting Analyst to support a U.S. Government client at Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
Location: Camp Humphreys, South Korea (Accompanied OCONUS assignment)
Role & Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will provide analysis and target development for complex theater, regional, and global issues in support of the Irregular Warfare (IW) planning team.
- Perform a broad range of intelligence-driven assignments directly supporting planning and operations across dynamic and challenging problem sets.
You will:
- Conduct all levels of all-source analysis, production, and collaboration on finished intelligence products supporting sensitive command activities.
- Prepare information papers, decision briefs, and presentations to military and civilian stakeholders to inform IW planning and senior leader decision-making.
- Develop and recommend strategies to address gaps in collection and analytic capabilities.
- Research, evaluate, and fuse all-source reporting into actionable intelligence for operational planners.
- Apply knowledge of joint doctrine, Intelligence Community directives and enterprise instructions, and analytic tradecraft standards.
- Identify and facilitate implementation of intelligence support to sensitive activity capabilities within STO, SAP, and ACCM domains.
- Apply analytic methodologies to visualize and present insights to decision-makers.
- Support fellow analysts and planning teams by consolidating and presenting data into clear, displayable formats.
- Gather and assess all-source information to inform all-domain planning, including Cyber, SOF/IW, and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).
- Deliver post-mission analyses and historical reviews on operations conducted in support of SOF campaigns.
- Provide analytical support to target development (basic, intermediate, and advanced) and facilitation of targeting effects.
- Utilize tools such as MIDB, AIDP, reporting repositories, COLISEUM, CRATE, Thresher, and FADE MIST.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA, minimum of 6 years with MS/MA, minimum of 3 years with PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Background in military intelligence field or civilian equivalent.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience with all-source analysis at the service or joint level, supporting operations with Combatant Commands (CCMDs), Component Commands, or Joint Task Forces.
- Experience with network development to identify people, relationships, and organizations related to hard target country emerging and disruptive technology, artificial intelligence, dual-use technology procurement, foreign intelligence actors, malign cyber actors, and biological warfare.
- Expertise in analysis, production, and dissemination processes, including external agency coordination to facilitate the publication of intelligence records.
- Knowledge of joint planning and targeting processes.
- Ability to engage senior JIIM leaders and staff and conduct operational and informational briefings to a large audience with demonstrated work experience within a task organized working group and expertise with planning, integrating, and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.
- Must possess a valid U.S. Passport, not expiring within 1 year.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Current DoD Top Secret security clearance, with SCI eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong writing and briefing skills.
- Experience in special operations targeting is highly desired.
- Staff level planning and CONOP development experience at the Joint Staff, Combatant Command, TSOC and/or Sub Unified Command level.
- Joint Targeting Course graduate.
- Extensive background in the joint targeting process.
- Formal training or more than three years of practical experience utilizing Network Analysis and CARVER methodologies.
- Experience as a non-lethal targeting officer at COCOM or other strategic command.
- Experience with the INDOPACOM AOR and/or USFK unified command.
- Expertise in integrating and coordinating with inter-agency and intelligence community entities.
- Relevant training such as:
- Defense all-source analysis
- Targeting
- Collection management
- Intelligence planning
- Network analysis
- Be familiar with, certified in, or have applicable experience in at least one of the following:
- Defense all-Source Analysis
- Joint Targeting
- Collection Management

Details
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
