  • Coordinate cross-functional activities involving engineering, software development, integration, testing, and operations to align technical execution with program goals.

  • Provide programmatic and technical oversight of automation initiatives, ensuring system reliability, safety, and compliance with FAA and federal standards.

  • Lead risk identification, mitigation, and resolution activities across all phases of system development and deployment.

  • Conduct program performance analysis, budget review, and variance tracking to ensure cost and schedule efficiency.

  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive project status reports, risk assessments, and performance metrics to FAA leadership and Peraton management.

  • Oversee configuration management, documentation control, and audit readiness for assigned automation systems.

  • Serve as the primary liaison for FAA customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining proactive communication and alignment across all delivery teams.

  • Support change management efforts and coordinate stakeholder engagement during transition or modernization phases.

  • Evaluate automation system performance data to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and emerging operational needs.

  • Ensure that all program activities meet FAA cybersecurity, safety, and operational assurance standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
