About The Role
Peraton seeks a Publicly Available Information (PAI) Program Analyst to support DAMO-Strategic Operations/ Information Operations. Location: Pentagon and/or Fort Belvoir, VA (8825 Beulah St) and/or approved telework plan.
Tasks include:
- Support the development of Army capabilities for the integration of social media monitoring into strategies for operating in the information environment, consistent with OSD, Joint Staff, and Army policy and guidance.
- Assist the Government in developing written policy, and coordinate it with appropriate staff, for the use of tools associated with monitoring social media.
- Review Army social media tools, policy, and doctrine for compliance with OSD and Joint Staff policy and guidance.
- Conduct studies and analyses of Army Special Operations, Joint and DoD social media policy, plans, training, and education.
- Assist in coordinating, staffing, and producing CONOPs, EXORDs, and FRAGOs to implement the Army PAI program.
- Facilitate organizational requests for specific tools through AOO to ensure license acquisition, user accounts for PAI tools, and log of past/present PAI tool account, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the Army, attend meetings/work groups, and
support the Army to DoD PAI workgroups for the development of PAI-related policy
and strategy.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.
- Must have four years of experience in IO/CEMA at the HQDA level and above, as well as experience and knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, PPBE, and an in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs.
- Must have excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project management. Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment. Demonstrate ability to prioritize competing tasks
and meet short-suspense deadlines in a fast paced environment. - Needs to have familiarity with accessing PAI (to include Commercially Available Information (CAI)) that has been published or broadcast for public consumption.
- Able to effectively coordinate with the Army OSINT Office (AOO) and other Intelligence entities to de-conflict vetting, acquisition, training requirements.
- Telework but only through an approved monthly telework agreement which is compliant with known and anticipated HQDA G-3/5/7 and DAMO-SOI requirements.
- U.S Citizenship required.
- Active TS with ability to obtain SCI.

Details
Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
