Program Overview
About The Role

Peraton seeks a Senior Cyber Program Analyst - MILDEC to provide Subject Matter Expertise in Information Operations (IO) with specific expertise in development, planning, integration, and execution of Military Deception (MILDEC) and Operations Security (OPSEC) programs, plans, and policy within the HQDA Directorate. 

 

Location:  Pentagon and/or Fort Belvoir, VA (Beulah).

 

Tasks include:

  • Support the implementation of policy and procedures at OPR level
  • Coordinate and interface with staff elements of OSD, OUSD, Joint Staff, Army Secretariat, HQDA, ACOMs, ASCCs, and DRUs
  • Prepare briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, EXORDS, memorandums, SITREPs and official multimedia correspondence 
  • Participate in DoD, Joint, and Army projects, studies, and working groups
  • Assist DAMO-SOI in development, maintenance, and secretarial functions of the
    Army Strategic Influence Operations Board (ASIOB)
  • Assist in development, implementation, and oversight of objectives related to
    assigned elements of Information Advantage
  • Assist DAMO-SOI in researching inquiries from Congress and other higher authorities
    and provide draft responses regarding any aspect of IO/ MILDEC
Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.Will consider HS+16 years of experience
  • Formal training and/or experience with Joint Publication 3-13.4.  Able to implement goals, objectives, functions, and principles. 
  • Must have four years of experience in IO/CEMA at the HQDA level and above
  • Must have experience and knowledge of:
    • military documentation process,
    • JCIDS requirements analysis,
    • PPBE, and
    • in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs
  • Must possess excellent writing, editing, and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project management
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment
  • Must be able to prioritize competing tasks and meet short- suspense deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Must have completed courses equivalent to or relevant to preparing briefings, information/decision papers, policy documents, staffing packages, EXORDS, memorandums, SITREPs and official multimedia correspondence related to the DAMO-SOI
  • Will need to be able to schedule rooms, video teleconferencing sessions, maintain contact lists, and disseminate notifications, agendas, read-ahead packages for all DAMO-SOI meetings and conferences
  • Will need to be able to track all Army, Joint, Executive Communication and Control (ECC) and Congressional actions/tasks assigned to DAMO-SOI in the Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) and the OSD Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)
  • Must be able to travel as required and comply with contract/FAR requirements
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Requires TS clearance with the ability to obtain SCI

Preferred

  • 15+ years of US DoD experience
  • TS SCI clearance

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
