Program Overview
Provides technical targeting and all-source intelligence analysis to support the Client across the entire intelligence lifecycle. Delivers expertise in areas such as threat analysis, cybersecurity, signals analysis, and network intrusion, delivering mission-critical support for every aspect of the mission.
About The Role

The Technical Project Management, Senior Manager position is a dual role encompassing technical performance as an individual contributor on program, as well as front-line people leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the program leadership team to focus on employee engagement, mentoring, and career development at Peraton. The senior manager will lead a team of employees and provide consistent, reliable, and timely feedback and support to their employees. They will also be expected to:

  • Actively engage their employees throughout the year and celebrate employee successes;
  • Assist the program leadership team in communicating key customer and Peraton initiatives to employees in a timely manner;
  • Develop positive, collaborative relationships with Peraton colleagues in order to address questions and/or concerns from employees;
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and the program leadership team when necessary to support employees;
  • Participate in leadership development activities in order to evolve and grow as a Peraton leader;
  • Maintain excellent technical performance on program as an individual contributor;

Qualifications

Required Qualifications 

  • Must possess an active, current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with polygraph; 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, or 4 additional years of relevant technical experience may be accepted as equivalent; 
  • Min 12 years of relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation; 
  • 3+ cumulative years of experience working with collection capabilities and dissemination systems; 
  • Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and writing intelligence reports;
  • Demonstrated experience with targeting tools;
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements;
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

 

Desired Qualifications 

  • 11+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collection, penetration testing, “red teaming”, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and computer exploitation; 
  • 7+ cumulative years of experience working with collection capabilities and dissemination systems

Details

Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
