The ideal candidate will support technical design, conduct design reviews, and ensure application requirements and standards are met. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that drive mission success and operational excellence. In this position, you will:
Support technical design and architecture for complex software systems.
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, requirements, and performance standards.
Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
Collaborate closely with project managers, QA engineers, and other developers to ensure alignment on deliverables.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
Identify opportunities to optimize performance, improve user experience, and reduce technical debt.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and learning.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FAA systems, federal modernization efforts, or mission-critical environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
