  • Lead deployment and configuration of Datadog agents, integrations, and APIs across hybrid/multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-prem).
  • Integrate Datadog with CI/CD pipelines, logging systems, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing existing systems for improved performance and reliability.
  • Apply analytical skills to evaluate and address challenges that require deep technical understanding.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle for assigned projects, from planning to deployment. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define requirements and timelines.
  • Work closely with other engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Contribute to technical decision-making processes, balancing immediate project needs with long-term maintainability and scalability considerations.
  • Actively participate in knowledge sharing activities, such as tech talks or documentation efforts, to elevate the team's overall technical capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and guide the team through implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Adaptability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and methodologies as required by project needs.
  • Leadership ability to motivate team members, set clear goals, and drive projects to successful completion.
