Peraton is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to support Alaska-based Weather and AAC efforts. This role will provide senior engineering support for integrating systems, interfaces, infrastructure, and operational capabilities across complex technical environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and coordination of systems integration activities across assigned efforts.
  • Evaluate interfaces, technical dependencies, and implementation considerations across systems and components.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technical teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to support integration planning and execution.
  • Review integration-related documentation, technical artifacts, and supporting deliverables.
  • Identify integration risks, issues, and constraints and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support testing coordination, implementation readiness, and transition activities.
  • Prepare technical recommendations, status updates, and supporting documentation.

Work Location / Additional Requirements

  • This position is based in Anchorage, Alaska.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to and support field sites and remote locations, as required.
  • Ability to work in austere environments and Arctic conditions, including remote site access and limited-amenity accommodations.
  • Willingness to comply with applicable site safety, badging, and operational requirements.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • US Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience; or 10 years experience with Masters Degree, or 7 applicable experience years with PHD 
  • Extensive experience in systems integration, technical coordination, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Experience supporting multi-system or multi-discipline technical environments.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting FAA, mission-critical, or remote operational programs.
  • Experience supporting integration in infrastructure, communications, or operational technology environments.
  • Experience supporting field execution or geographically dispersed sites.

Details

Target Salary Range: $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
