We’re seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Lead to take ownership of the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules across our organization. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive innovation, streamline IT operations, and ensure ServiceNow aligns with both business goals and technical infrastructure — including AWS environments.
As a ServiceNow Lead, you’ll collaborate closely with IT Operations, Security, DevOps, and federal customers to deliver robust, scalable, and compliant ServiceNow solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
