Peraton provides USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period.
About The Role

Peraton requires a OCONUS Entitlement Analyst/Deployment Specialist to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. 

 

This position is located at the Peraton HQ Tampa Office. 

 

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.  

 

The OCONUS Entitlement Analyst / Deployment Specialist serves in a dual-role supporting both program entitlement management and workforce deployment operations for the SITEC 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) contract. This position is responsible for planning and executing entitlement program management activities while also coordinating deployment operations for personnel supporting CONUS, OCONUS, and austere environment mission requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate across Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Workforce Management, Subcontracts, and Government stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and deployment readiness in support of USSOCOM mission objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Entitlement Management

  • Plan and independently execute day-to-day entitlement program management activities.
  • monitor, track, analyze, and report program financial performance to Senior Staff, the Program Manager, and Government representatives.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Financial Lead, Program Manager, Task Leads, Contracts, and Business Operations on entitlement planning and execution.
  • Maintain program entitlement metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Perform entitlement forecasting, reconciliation, invoicing support, and reimbursement processing.
  • Review entitlement reports to ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations.

 

Deployment Operations

  • Plan, lead, coordinate, and manage deployment support for EOM program personnel deploying within CONUS, OCONUS, and austere environments in support of emergent USSOCOM requirements.
  • Manage Team Peraton deployment activities in accordance with contract requirements, including H.17 and H.18 deployment processes.
  • Coordinate with Program Management, Government stakeholders, Workforce Management, Site Leads, Deputy Program Managers (DPMs), Service Owners, and regional Workforce Managers to execute deployment plans.
  • Ensure deploying personnel complete all required contractor pre-deployment training and qualification requirements.
  • Support development and delivery of deployment orientation, new employee in-briefs, and sustainment training.
  • Coordinate deployment processing activities, including travel documentation, readiness verification, and deployment tracking.
  • Validate personnel deployment eligibility and coordinate with the Senior Workforce Data Analyst and company sponsors to ensure personnel are cleared to work in their designated host country locations.
  • Maintain deployment records, readiness status, and reporting metrics.
  • Identify deployment risks and develop mitigation strategies to support uninterrupted mission execution.
  • Serve as a liaison between program leadership, Workforce Management, and Government representatives on deployment-related activities.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 12 years with HS degree, 10 years with AS/AA, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA
  • A DoD TS/SCI is required 
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting federal government contracts in financial analysis, program control, workforce management, deployment operations, or a combination thereof.
  • Experience coordinating personnel deployments, workforce readiness, or operational logistics supporting Department of Defense or other federal government organizations.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams and collaborating with government customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience supporting USSOCOM or other Special Operations programs.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint, Cobra, or other government financial management systems.
  • Knowledge of DOCPER processing and overseas assignment requirements.
  • Familiarity with the Defense Travel System (DTS), government travel regulations, and deployment readiness processes.
  • Experience supporting contingency operations or personnel deployments to austere environments.
  • Experience developing executive-level financial and operational dashboards.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar professional certification is preferred.
Details

Target Salary Range: $66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
