Program Overview
Peraton provides USSOCOM, its Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), deployed forces, CIO/J6, and end-users with high-quality IT platform and network services over an eight-year period.
About The Role

Peraton requires Workforce Managers to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) – 3 EOM. This position is located at Hurlburt AFB, Florida.    

 

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs), and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conduct training, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.  

 

  • Closely collaborates with the Strategic Workforce Manager and Regional Workforce Managers to plan, design, and execute Workforce Management programs and personnel processes that support Enterprise, Component, and TSOC needs within the assigned region. Reports directly to the Strategic Workforce Manager and primarily supports Region 1 (AFSOC, MARSOC, SOCSOUTH)
  • Advises the Strategic Workforce Manager and DPMs on Workforce Management engagement, execution, and reporting. 
  • Serves as the coordination point between Service Owners Leads (SOLs) and Talent Acquisition (TA) for hiring actions, including vetting hiring requirements and building tailored requisitions to meet mission needs and fulfill staffing requirements in line with PRS standards. 
  • Fosters a collaborative, innovative team environment that empowers employees, reduces turnover, and supports SITEC EOM objectives through regular communications and check-ins. Acts as a Change Agent within the region. 
  • Partners with PM, DPMs, and key stakeholders to drive workforce planning, acquisition, leadership and talent development, performance management, rewards, recognition, and coaching. 
  • Builds strong relationships with government and program leadership, managers, and staff to enhance personnel effectiveness across the Enterprise, Components, and TSOCs. 
  • Leads employee engagement and experience initiatives in coordination with Service Owners and Site Leads, including support to forward-deployed and austere locations. 
  • Delivers and coordinates enterprise training programs to support regional employee development and onboarding, ensuring alignment with SITEC procedures and personnel/security processes. 
  • Collaborates with the EOM Optimization and Innovation Lead to align regional employee development with enterprise Organizational Change Management efforts. 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications: 

 

  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • A DoD SECRET clearance is required with the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance 

 Desired Qualifications: 

 

  • Workforce management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage staffing levels 
  • Understanding of military organizational structures, contract deliverables, and performance management requirements 
SCA / Union / Intern Rate or Range

Details

Target Salary Range: $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
