Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Architecture & Design
    • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture for the Clinical Center Supply Chain Modernization, ensuring interoperability across inventory management, warehouse, Point of Use (POU), high-density storage, Visual Supply Catalog replacement, and enterprise data lake/reporting systems.
    • Map business requirements to Infor CloudSuite (Healthcare Supply Chain) and other enterprise applications (Oracle Financials, Altera EHR/CRIS, requisitioning systems).

    • Oversee migration from legacy platforms (VSC, Pyxis, CHS) to cloud-based Infor SaaS, ensuring data validation and integrity.
    • Manage conference room pilots (CRPs) and user acceptance testing (UATs) as Go/No-Go decision points.
    • Deliver integration documentation, cutover plans, and knowledge transfer to staff.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Ensure all solutions comply with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST RMF, Federal Healthcare IRM policies, and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) handling requirements.
    • Develop and maintain the System Security Plan (SSP) and complete the ATO package in compliance with NIST SP 800-18 and customer-specific standards.
    • Implement role-based access, PIV card authentication, and remote access security (SecureLink, Citrix) for integration work.
  • Stakeholder & Change Management
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, program managers, and technical staff.
    • Provide consultative services to facilitate change management, business process redesign, and end-user adoption of new supply chain practices.
    • Lead training design, including train-the-trainer sessions, user guides, SOP integration, and digital “how-to” libraries.
  • Transition Planning
    • Develop and execute Transition-In and Transition-Out plans, ensuring incumbent capture, knowledge transfer, and risk mitigation.
    • Ensure a seamless handoff at contract closeout, including system documentation, data sanitization, and records management per NIST SP 800-88.
